After downloading a fresh copy of GTA V and redownloading LSPDFR and basic necessities to get started I ran RagePluginHook, but the only thing it does is prompt Rockstar Games Launcher to run the game and stays at Launching game on the RPH without doing anything else. Help would be appreciated.

My EUP Menu I downloaded loads up and everything, no problem with the plugin loading but when I hit F11 it does not display the menu it is supposed to be displaying, but when i use the arrow keys or press enter it does give audio feedback and at certain points even changes my current equipped outfit too. No clue what is causing this so I would love some help.
