Even after going to vanilla lspdfr, no plugins or vehicle mods, it still crashes with "LSPDFR.dll crashed"

Where would those be located? I have a Logs folder, and a MiniCrashReports folder Is it this? RagePluginHook.log

Hello, been a long time since I've dabbled into LSPDFR, and I've forgotten WAY more than I'd care to admit. I've ran into a bit of a pickle. I could be playing for 5 minutes, or even an hour before any error occurs, but it always says LSPDFR.dll crashed. Attaching my log. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Did you ever figure out the issue? I watched one guy going into detail on how to fix it. Its an ingame graphic setting (at least it was for me) -

How is ELS (an LSDPFR mod) not LSPDFR related, or therefor inquiries in subject of?

I've been trying everything I can think if to fix this. Every time I try to download the ELS mod, it downloads it as a PDF file, even Adobe say "it's either not a supported file, or the file has been damaged" Thank you in advance

Does anyone know why and how the Stop the ped download will only open in internet explorer, and a way to fix this?
