Technically yes, because in Taiwan, our police vehicle wasn't like US have dedicated production line, so the interior only have radio & siren controller & very simple rear seat partition, and those things I haven't been modeled yet, so there only lightbar and livery for now, maybe in future I will modeled those thing and update a new version. (Because my English not very well, so I using Google Translate)
