Bigbadpoppaj

I have been building up addons to the main mod most recently Modern Sirens. got in works perfectly. However after a minute or so Rage crashes on me. It says no plugin was ticking at the time of the crash which I would assume but not certain that means its not the addons? Here is the crash report. Any help would be appreciated. Ive been able to fix other in game crashes but rage crashing is out of my expertise.

My immersion kinda breaks when the officers are just blurting out random things like swear words. It's funny but at the same time unrealistic. I tried google for a result but all I could find was dispatch radio changes. Was wondering if such a addon existed or if not any mod that will force them not to say immersive breaking things. Thanks!
