For example one of the original police car that I hit J3 times the lights come on. K and L don’t do anything and E is only the horn now. But when I downloaded ELS compatible model cars. The ELS feature does not work. I don’t know if I need to drop the cars files into the ELS file. Can someone help me please

Hello everybody I just downloaded LCPDFR on my windows 10 device. The game is working fine except for the fact that I cannot pull cars over. When I get close to a car impressed shift nothing happens. Can somebody please help me
