have you tried multipule times? i have found since the new launcher was adopted, that LSPDFR crashes 3 or 4 times out of 10. try reinstalling LSPDFR. or it could be one of the plugins

NHVR and VICroads use the magenta lights. the kind of lights i hate most...... the ones that signal you to put on your favorite dress and pick out some lube.. 😂

start RPH. when the loading screen comes up, click the settings button. when the settings window comes up, click the "Advance Settings" tab. uncheck the "Enable counter measures against online vehicles being removed in single player" box. then click the "Save and Launch" button. If it still fails to boot, go back into settings, click on the "Plugins" tab and uncheck "LSPDFR" then click "Save and Launch". it should boot. when it boots, use the rage command bar to load LSPDFR plugin
