    When I download LSPDFRR 031 on my computer and press open, it "runs security scan" and then just doesn't load anything. It shows like a little window opening up for a few seconds then closes. I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem is. My computer is an Alienware Aurora Aurora. I have attached a short video of what it is doing...
