    So after the recent update came out, RPH didn't have an update then so I decided to revert using the RPH backup. After RPH got an update, I updated RPH then went to update GTAV by verifying the game cache. After that, steam downloaded a 1gb update. After everything, I am now unable to start the game because I keep getting this message
