so i reinstalled LCPDFR 3 times already and yet still i can't arrest people, not in single player nor online, any help? yea im pressing E once , then repeatadly spamming it, yea im standing infron and behind the suspect, doesnt work

lol imma get so annoying if im alrdy not... umm so basically i put 6 skins for my cop cars, only 4 work, and the game crashes after at least 5 mintues of gameplay.. i took off the els cus its obviously not working and i thought it might be the cause, any suggestions on fixing it? i hope it will be the last one

haha thx :D one last question lol, to install the ELS do i need to use spark? cus i tried to do it without spark and it just messed up my game.... or it might be the car skins.. idk

last question i promise lol... if im using the one reccomended bytaximan (v1.0.7) which spark version do i need? i treid google but no luck :/ sry im nub at gta mod shtuff

ohmg i follwoed ur steps, it worked, thx a lot... but 2 more questions now... For cop car skins, i need to downlaod them myself? and my windows life profile wont log in for some reason, so i have to start the game all over everytime i go in GTA, any advice?

the tool worked, said everything is fine, but obviously it still isnt working...

installed windows updates, reinstalled LCPDFR, reinstalled the other 2, the tool still aint working, the update for GTA doesnt install still... this is useless :/ thx anyways guys

can anybody link me on a descent windows 7 update? T_T im a bit frustrated from this i dont feel like lookin for files anymore...

i jsut said the diagnostics tool doesnt run it stops after like 4 things checked, and yes im running as admin i tried to run the diagnostics tool 5 times, 5 minute intervals, after 3 installations......

so basically, i tried installing LCPDFR today, and the first time, it told me theres something wrong with the dsound.dll when i tried to run GTAIV, so i tried reinstalling, same problem. Then i installed those 2 microsoft things u guys reccomend, i did that, still same, reinstalled LCPDFR, same thing, reinstalled GTAIV 3 times, same thing, then i tried installing the update, ESLF w/e its called, it tells me i cant install it, go to a folder taht doesnt even exist on my pc.... any help???? btw the diagnostics tool wouldnt work either
