I have legit re installed lspdfr 0.4.2 10 times

More, So I removed everything except smart radio and traffic policer but still. After Finishing the button assignment, it just says: "This was the last button in queue. Police SmartRadio will reload lspdfr so it can refresh itself" And then waits a bit, and boom. Lspdfr crashes. Just more info

So, recently I got the Police SmartRadio by albo1125. It works fine until, I start assigning buttons from the game. (It asks what to do.) And after that, it's gonna reload. But. Here is the problem, it instantly crashes the whole lspdfr plugin. I tried reloading but it crashed again. I have installed, ELS Traffic Policer Police SmartRadio and Ultimate Backup. I have included the log file too. RagePluginHook_18062019_180521.log

It was read-only. Set that off and I think it works quite fine now. But lately, I installed the mod called "Traffic Policer" Or something. But it just doesn't work. When I try to load it, this happens:

Okay so, every time I launch rage plugin hook with the LSPDFR plugin, the game starts loading, everything like works. Until it comes to the loading point it says: "LSPDFR Plugin Loaded" or something like that. At that point, GTA V crashes (maybe rage plugin hook too I dont really know.) I have the latest GTA V latest LSPDFR and latest rage plugin hook. Crash report:
