    I as well am having this issue, went as far as to uninstall base GTA V. I then went to make a backup copy of GTA V so I could just install LSPDFR, Scripthook V, and RPH. NO plugins installed as I wanted to get the game up and running then proceed to install plugins. I goto run RPH to get in game and it appears to load get the saying waiting to hook the game, it crashes. Will post RPH log when I reinstall the files on new CLEAN install. Also thinking there might have been a windows 10 update and didn't know if that would be issues. so Yeah reaching out here to see if anyone could give some insight on this, or if anyone else is having the same issues.
