    hey, can anyone help me on how to install the lcpdfr (GTA IV) mod on my windows 10, i have been trying for 3 hours and i just cant find a good video, if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it!!! all i want is this to work out for me and im coming to the community to try and help me out. If anyone can walk me through it over discord or a texting app or whatever i would appreciate it so much, please anyone out there help out a fellow PO!!!!!
