Lowclass

Hey guys Im having a problem while playing the game if Im driving and a ped gets to close to my car or I try to go through a intersection or I pull into a parking lot my player stops the car on its own gets out and walks around the car with a gun out and aiming and while this is happening there is a big blimp on my car flashing red and blue. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how did they fix it. It is a little annoying. Thanks
