    Hello Guys, i just did a cleam Windows 10 installation (Version 1809) and also installed GTA IV (Steam Version) but i cant run LCPDFR. When i press ALT+P , nothing happens. The diognotics tool is saying that failed to resolve MSVCR100.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\ADVANCEDHOOKINIT.ASI. I tried to Install Visual C++ 2005, 2010 and 2012, but the problem is not going away. Reading other posts, other users say that installing C++ 2010 and 2012 resolved their issues but its not working for me. I already downgraded the game from patch/version 1.0.8.0 to 1.0.7.0 following the guide founded here in the forum. FULL LOG:
