    I suspect you use ELS right? I was having the same issue then realized I replaced an ELS car in that slot and forgot this isn't an ELS car and didn't remove the VFC file in pack_default. Once I pulled the VFC it gave control back to the trainer of the accessories and they no longer cycle rapidly thru them when I turn on the lights. I know you asked 4-5 months ago but just in case you didn't figure this out or someone else comes searching with the issue figured I would post the solution for ELS users.
