MEGA LSPD SKIN PACK 
 
Skins based of my hometown, Rivière-du-Loup. This police force no longer exist, but I refreshed the look for Los Santos. I made it for personal use, but I wanna share it for everyone.
 
There are many unit numbers for each car. (CHARGER 16, CHARGER 14, CVPI, FPIS,FPIU 16, FPIU 13, TAHOE 15, IMPALA)
 
I spent a lot of time on this project, so

This pack now also includes Blaine County Versions as per a request. I have updated this pack to (so far) cover most of the popular ELS vehicles.
Inspired by Berrien County Sheriff's Department. Each LSSD skins comes with 3 regular patrol variations and 1 K9 variation. For now Blaine County versions come with 1 patrol and 1 k9 variant.

I've had these in my game for a long time. This was an attempt at re-creating my christmas tree tahoe released on here before. I think this one looks way better, lol.
 
There are two variants, Lightbar and slicktop.
The slicktop variant has more lighting, where the lightbar'd variant has Three lightbars on it. It is christmas after all.

Here is my Paleto Bay P.D pack
There's 9 different vehicles to choose from
All with Reflective textures
 
The vehicles are fictional. The textures are inspired by Hawthorne PD California.
 
Credits and install are in the download
 
 
The 2015 Tahoe is in the LGUARD slot, so you will need to change the colour to black with your trainer
Or it will have a yellow tint to it.
You cannot initiate traffic stops with it whilst it's in this slot as it's not coded as a police vehicle.
At the moment I don't know how to change that, so if somebody does, please feel free to edit the appropriate file and upload it ( or tell me how to do it )
 
These models give you the opportunity to create your own reflective textures without having to go through the trouble of using 
Zmodeler3
 
When making a reflective texture. Put whatever you want to reflect on a CLEAR background
and replace it in the vehicles .ytd
 
Feel free to use them for clans, fiveM etc

BUGS.
The light emissives on the FPIU mirrors don't move when the doors are opened.
Same thing with the ION's on the 15 Tahoe trunk when it's open
Any glass that spawns black can be changed to 'NONE' in the vehicle mods menu in your trainer.

This mod simply removes the flashing tail lights for all emergency vehicles.
 
Since it's annoying and ELS provides this function it's kinda unnecessary to have it forced on all vehicles.

I don't actively visit this site anymore. You can do anything you want with the model/texture including reuploading to other sites, repackaging, and just about anything else you can think of.

Installation:

Thanks to Narobic for letting me know about the driveby mod!

This Glock comes as a full size handgun chambered in .45 Auto and replaces the standard pistol.  It's still being worked on, it was converted to GTA 5 by Jridah and animated, I only slightly modified the textures.  I wouldn't call it perfection yet, the texture is in need of an overhaul, but I do not have the experience needed and Jridah is very busy at the moment. If anyone with photoshop experience has some free time, feel free to create a better looking texture, I couldn't thank you enough^^

Introduction
This is the continuation of the plugin Easy Loadout originally developed by @sr7066
From now on, I will be maintaining and updating this plugin.
This plugin allows you to define several different loadouts that you can quickly and easily use while on duty. This plugin was made with the goal of eliminating the long process of giving appropriate weapons after going on duty. This has an easy to use menu that you can use to swap between Loadouts and set which one is active, as well as a quick keybind to refresh your loadout!
 
Features
- An easy to use menu to switch between loadouts.
- A keybind to quickly give yourself the active loadout that has been set in the menu or the default loadout.
- Automatically get your default loadout when going on duty.
 
Using the plugin
You can open the menu with the keybind you have set in the included .ini file (Default F8).
You can press F7 by default to automatically get the active or default loadout quickly.
There is a lot of customization available in the included .ini files, you can very precisely configure all your loadouts and give them a name.
 
Installation
Drag and drop everything inside the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder to your main GTA V directory.

MANUAL INSTALLATION :
  Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory. In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( it is advised that you use your mod folder instead of vanilla )  Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and  select the 'Vehicles.oac' save and you're good to go. Respond Code 3 !   OIV INSTALLATION :    OIV INSTALLATION : 
1) Run OpenIV
2) Select Tools > Package Installer (Located on the toolbar at the top)
3) Locate 'Modern Siren Pack.OIV'

StickyWheels is a RagePluginHook plugin that keeps the wheels turned the way you left them when stationary.
When you leave the vehicle the wheels will retain their angle,
entering the vehicle will not straighten them out again.
Requirements: RagePluginHook v0.41+
Usage:
Turn the wheel left or right when stationary  

This is a simple edit of the multiplayer character police outfits.  I decided to make this to complement the new character system in LSPDFR 0.4.  It is perfect for anyone who simply wants more realistic and very lore-friendly police outfits, but doesn't want all of the content and agencies included with EUP.

Bigger, better, LSPD badges with improved textures. Polished shine effect added to the badge and nametag. Gun holster added to the duty belt. LAPD style Officer III, Senior Lead Officer and Sergeant rank patches.  
There are a couple of other changes too:
The badge and rank patches use the same component slot (10), meaning that a sergeant will always have the correct sergeant badge and patches.  This also means you can wear the shirt without a badge.  It also significantly reduces the filesize and texture space required. Minor texture edits which make the uniform colours more consistent. The female version has been reworked to use the same shirt texture as the male version, which I think looks much better.  
The models and textures should be very well optimized, and this shouldn't cause any issues with any other mods.  It can be used in addition to EUP as well.

How to install:
Installation should be really simple, just use the OpenIV package manager.  You need a mods folder with the latest update.rpf copied into it.  This mod will not change any files, it installs itself as its own content pack.
 
After you install, you might need to update your LSPDFR outfit data so that everyone wears the outfits correctly.  See below for this.

I had a lot of fun making this Charger, which is saying a lot! This bad boy has all twelve extras in use, and they're well placed! The visor lights and traffic advisor are scratch modeled, apart from the light modules themselves, after the SpeedTech Raptor and Virtue8!

Do you like doing snow patrols? Who doesn't!? But don't you feel some vehicles are just out of place? Why would some chick be riding a sportsbike when we're knee-deep in white powder? Am I right? Well Look No Further!!
 
This "mod" removes any and all bikes from traffic and some other vehicles that have no sense being on the roads in the snow.
Make sure you turn off any callouts that spawn bikes or convertibles, If any mod/callout spawns bikes or convertibles, it will crash LSPDFR.
Check your log to find out which mod does it.

Please note, as of version 4.0, this no longer spawns snow covered cars or snow plows ambiantly.
