    So after removing almost every mod and plugin I had with no luck, I verified the game files and it fixed/added the LSPD_COP model back and I'm now able to play. I am still pretty confused on what happened with the LSPD_COP model and why it was deleted in the first place because I've have EUP installed and used that instead of messing with the models in game and I have not installed anything other than police menu.
