What would I be looking for in the .ini file? I don't have any traffic mods installed so that's not the problem

Hello everyone happy Thursday! Like my title states as soon as I start a pursuit I'm crashing into the back of the suspect car because they went 100mph to zero within seconds!! I've only had one pursuit the lead more then 2 minutes! If anyone knows of any setting in the config that could change this or something I'm doing wrong please let me know! Below is all the plugins I have installed.

So after removing almost every mod and plugin I had with no luck, I verified the game files and it fixed/added the LSPD_COP model back and I'm now able to play. I am still pretty confused on what happened with the LSPD_COP model and why it was deleted in the first place because I've have EUP installed and used that instead of messing with the models in game and I have not installed anything other than police menu.

Hello and goodmorning! I recently installed Police Menu which is a great mod, But after the first time I used the mod I cannot go on duty because my game crashes! Hello I recently downloaded lspdfr again and installed in the files but my vehicles won’t load and also ELS does not work. Logs show no errors besides this error that shows before I load into the game. Any help would be excellent!
