    Hello, I have been trying to install a ELS police vehicle (2016 Ford Police Interceptor Pack w/ HQ Interior - ELS 2.0) and I have been having issues with where I install it. First, using OpenIV, I tried installing it in the patch update thing that already had all the police vehicles, I put it in there and yet the default police vehicle remained. I also tried doing it in my latest patch update thing and that did not work either. Thank you for any help.
