    OpenInterioirs opens them, but it can cause massive problems with LSPDFR. 
    I think SecurityCallouts requires it. 
     
    Second; Show me /Plugins/LSPDFR. I'm sure it's just a plugin conflict.

    You can't.

    Most plugins still work fine on 0.46, they just throw a little warning, but work fine.
