Volusia County AFAIK uses the whelen Legacy on their FPIS (Taurus), just FYI. Also your description doesnt match the pictures.... you said you only made an impala and crown vic, yet there are in game pics of a taurus, impala, and what looks like a slicktop/unmarked tahoe...- 5 comments

i guess im the first person to review your "redo" of what you uploaded in 2018. im going to be brutally honest, i dont think you've done anything significant to the thing. it looks the exact same as the one you posted in 2018. i feel like you put more effort into creating that thumbnail for the download, than you did for the actual product itself. would HIGHLY encourage you to go back, and redo it from scratch. Spend more time on it, make the edges less jagged, and nasty looking, and i think you could have a pretty good outcome. for anyone wondering here is what the new file contains, you can be the judge of how many "changes" he has made. -

Hi guys, This pack is heavily inspired by the Victoria Police Department's current livery. As usual, there is both a marked, and "stealth" livery included for all supported base models. This is probably not 100% accurate, but i like to think its close. ________INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS_________ 1. Using the OpenIV program, open up the YTD for the vehicle to replace the skin on (i.e. sheriff.ytd) 2. Find the correct "sign" to replace (tau_sign_1). 3. Click "replace" in the upper right-hand corner and navigate to the download folder where this download is. 4. Select the proper skin for the vehicle, select, and save. Enjoy! NOTE: I DID NOT MAKE ANY OF THE CARS, I ONLY MADE THE SKINS FOR THE CARS DO NOT REUPLOAD, DISTRIBUTE, OR SELL MY SKINS UNDER ANY CIRUMSTANCES. seeing as this is your first livery pack, i wont be too harsh. its good for a first attempt, personally i would go back and make a few corrections as well as add a few more details and i think it could turn out really nice. one thing i did notice straight off the bat is looks like you missed a bit of the charger here (where its pink). keep it up! 😄. -
i dont know about you, but i wouldn't pay 40-100+ bucks just to get working dashlights (i dont know the actual price of matt's updated charger), but thats just me. And i would argue they are a minor detail, not nearly as significant as a model missing working headlights, or collisions.- 52 comments

ya ill try to remember to make a CVPI version within the next week or so -
AFAIK (and i could be wrong) but the chevy Tahoe PPV has a beefier suspension kit, and brake kit, so they have a bit higher ride height compared to some of the civ model tahoes. thats pretty accurate to how a PPV would look irl. the SSV (special service vehicle) version is more built for offroading, and thus has way bigger tires, as well as some other upgrades. -

i bet more people would download this if you posted some pics of the skin in game. just a suggestion tho. : ) -
suggestion: take some screenshots of the livery in game so people know what it looks like, and are more inclined to download it : ) -
UPDATE: the only reason this pack is still available is because i want to let people see how much my skills have improved over the past year of making liveries. this pack was extremely sloppy, so i wouldn't recommend downloading it 🙂 -
