  7. reinstall lspdfr and check if the plugin threshold is still at 60000
  8. ok replace the modded one with the stock one what is your rage plugin threshold set at?
  9. what is you plugin threshold set at? (in rage pluginhook main page)
  10. Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features then go to turn windows features on and off hit framework(both) and make the boxes unchecked then restart your computer. if you edit vehicles meta replace the modded one with a stock one
