ok go back into that and turn them on do you edit vehicles meta?

yes and the log is in the main directory

just click the boxes and restart your pc

Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features then go to turn windows features on and off hit framework(both) and make the boxes unchecked then restart your computer. if you edit vehicles meta replace the modded one with a stock one

reinstall .net framework or reload it

and still nothing?
