    This is my first little callout plugin for LSPDFR
    This mod contains stolen vehicle callout and car without driver on road callout.
    Enjoy!
    Mod contains:
    Stolen Vehicle callout (being removed)
    Car left on road without driver
    new things coming:
    person blocking road with/without vehice, shop/house alarm triggered, vehicle alarm triggered, gang attack/gang fight, spotted maffia, and more.
    Known bugs:
    Snow on spawned car.
