    I think the problem is on my side. i tried to download another modpack to see if that changed anything, and installed it the same way. the cars do spawn in. but like before, only the tailights activate when i try to start the siren. It looks like the lightbar is always glowing or something. Very bright colors, but no refection on walls or anything like that.

    New problem came up. every time one of the new cars blow up, they spawn one or two more blown up cars.

    yes, and all other els files from other mods are in the unused folder.

    earlier today i tried to download this vehicle pack: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/20065-los-santos-police-pack-tpd/ . and i followed the instructions to the best of my ability. it seemed to work at first, the cars do spawn in and behave normaly, that was until i figured out the lights do not work. i placed all the vehicle files under patchingday 15 or 14, cant remember. and the xml files in the ELS folder. is there a quick fix for this or did i do something wrong?
