Hello, So for the Federal Signal Pack, you just need to install the LSSD folder (inside the DLC Install folder in the download) to this path: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks Then you need to go into OpenIV and go to here: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data Once there, open the dlclist.xml and edit it (alternatively you can drag and drop it to your desktop and open it with Notepad++) and go to the bottom of the list and add this line: <Item>dlcpacks:/lssd/</Item> Once done, you can either save and exit. Or if you move it to your desktop, save it in Notepad++ and then add it back to where you took it from. Then, for the ELS files, just drag and drop them into the ELS/pack_default folder. And that's it! Spawnnames can be found in the readme. For the BCSO pack, did you want to replace them or use the addon version? Hope This Helps! 🙂

Hello, Try launching GTA 5 first and then when the lights and sirens appear, tab out and launch RPH. Also, make sure you have extracted both LSPDFR and RPH prior to installing them. Thanks! 🙂

You will also need the Packfile Limit Adjuster and Heap Adjuster, both can be placed in your Main Directory. Hello, First, this sounds like every FiveM server out there, with all the RDM. XD Second, I think this would be a good idea but only if they rarely happened. Hello, Uhm...I wanna know in what universe that would happen. Because police are kinda a big plot point of GTA 5...and most likely will be for the foreseeable future. If they did remove police then the next best alternative would probably be addon vehicles.

Try installing it into the patchday22ng location and adding the metas there and see if the issue persists.

Well....you should be installing the models into your most recent patchday, which is 22. Not sure if that means the metas go there too...
