    So I downloaded LCPDFR MOD and ELS MOD, now I can't run the game... So I launch the game and press start in the menu, and it loads, and then the screen turns black and then it says Grand theft auto stopped working

    I just installed GTA IV to get this mod and now I can't download LCPDFR beacuse I can't get to the download section, it says error. Please come back in a hour or two. And I have been waiting long time, so please fix it. If someone will be kind to post the download link in the description then thanks.
