    So I was able to set up my custom region to have that cars and the livery's I needed. However, the peds are spawning as IAA agents and just regular patrol officers. I'm having trouble setting up the peds, and needed help so that I can set up the ambient patrol spawns and backup units to have my current EUP outfit. Or at least the line for the freemode male so that I can customize him.

    This also worked for me. I don't know why but it just randomly decided out of the blue to block certain permissions. No more crashing. Thanks guys.
