I have LSPDFR installed, I try to go on duty it will say I don't have a character so I hit enter to make one, infinite loading screen. I make one from the escape menu and it will work but then it glitches out and I can't select the character, go back, anything.

My mouse cursor is still showing in GTA IV when I launch it, I cannot interact with the game or do anything involving the mouse buttons, I've tried looking up fixes, none of them work.

if this is just a texture it should go under vehicle textures not vehicle models. -
