Anybody able to help me figure out why my game keeps crashing?RagePluginHook.log

Any help would be greatlyRagePluginHook.log appreciated! My game doesn't crash but instead just sits on a black screen. Anybody else having this issue or have a fix?

It crashes at the upon opening. It goes to the trademarks and then crashes. Changing the _mods folder worked, but now it is doing it again. crashreport.zip

yes i removed the modding pack folder and it was fixed. My ELS issue is that my lights stay on but are not flashing, the sirens turn on, and the rear blinker lights flash.

Are you able to help with a ELS issue?

It did crash when going into story mode. I just put in a mod pack for addon cars. Do you think that is the issue?
