Is the 'N point' a real location in GTA V?

In case you have not already done so, it's easy to check.
Go to your GTAV folder
Right click on RageNativeUI.dll
Select properties
Then the details tab

Hi, I have installed in the game LSPD Fleet Pack by DonkenDevelopment placed into the added vehicles folder created by ModdingDLC by Albo and BCSO vehicle pack by EmotionalShawtys.
When I play the game Ultimate Backup works fine and the added vehicles spawn as necessary.
But when I go on duty and I'm at a police station any police/sheriff cars that are there, are the game defaults.
Am I missing something simple? I cant figure it out.

Edit: Found from another post that I had to change the vehicles in the lspdfr/agency file

Just a thought, have you updated your RageNativeUI? the latest version is 1.9.3.

HI, I believe it's possible to assign vehicles to a particular area, eg: bcso vehicles in blaine county. But I want to assign Sheriff vehicles to Davis Sheriff Dept in the city. If I remember correctly it can be done in Ultimate Backup and/or lspdfr folder in main game directory, but I can not remember how to do it, any help or points to a video appreciated.

Not 100% sure if these were there before but in the folder with the rockstar launcher.exe,(c:\program files\rockstar\launcher\) there are a couple of files, launcherpatcher.exe and launcher.rpf.
Removing them does nothing though and you cant edit the launcher.rpf.
So rather than it being an Rage/LSPDFR problem, I think rockstar have added this for whatever reason.
My commandline.txt is blank and so is the launch options in steam, do not know about epic or retail versions.
We may be stuck with this for the forseeable future. ☹️

I updated everything as I should and now get this window in steam before I can load the game. (See screenshot). It only shows if I click rage first. Before the update I would click rage and it would load into gta then lspdfr just like that, one click from rage on my taskbar.
I have verified game files, can not see anything in steam settings, cleared the download cache, commandline.txt is clean (blank), and I can not see anything with rage settings either.
I can play if I start gta then click rage, but this is a new one on me.

Will the incoming GTAV update on 25th, require an LSPDFR update?
Asking because I want to know whether I should backup my game or not, as I am limited on storage.

Is there an SAHP Headquarters or Station, if so could someone please enlighten me. Or, if no place exists for SAHP, has anyone thought about converting/making one?

Do your other bejoIjo plugins work?
If not then try updating your RageNativeUI. Latest version 1.9.2, download from here:
https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

Download the zip and extract to your main GTA folder, where RageHook is located.
Just something different to try as this was a problem I had once and this worked for me.

When I am loading LSPDFR it tells you Rage version and GTA version at the bottom right of the screen, well, I have updated GTA to 3179, LSPDFR and Rage but when I am loading the game the GTA version shows 3095.
The game does load and play fine, I'm just wondering why this is. See pic.

Do you have it installed correctly? and do you press "E" twice.
Install path (from GTA V Folder)
Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR
In there you should have the StopThePed.dll and StopThePed.ini (you can edit the .ini) and a StopThePed folder.
That is the install location for all BejoIjo's plugins.

Does anyone know why rage is not recognizing and loading my steam version of GTA? I have noticed in the rage settings that it shows GTA V version 3179 Retail. Is that correct for the steam version? I dont recall seeing it say "retail" before. When I click on rage, it used to say "Loading game via Steam" now it just says "Loading game..." then shows the error "Steam failed to initialize. Please verify that the steam client is running and try again." You can see steam is running in the pics.

It works very well if I start GTA and then click rage but it is annoying that it used to start and load just by clicking the Rage icon.
Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.

I'll clarify the title, I would like to know if there is a mod that when you get an address, (like in compulite you can get a peds address), it will then show a blip on the minimap, like it does sometimes from a callout pack.
scenario: I see a vehicle parked illegally, i search the vehicle and find "a briefcase full of ....", getting details from dispatch about car, i get an address which would then be blipped on the minimap.
or when you get an address you type it into a search and it displays a blip.

Information, the mod loaded okay and I used it, but did not come across a reference for a vin number search.

Is there a way to check the vin number of a parked vehicle? when the vehicle shows as no owner, invalid license etc, in compulite.

Hi, Just done a complete GTAV clean install, no plugins except LSPDFR, If I saved just that as a backup and further down the line screwed up extra mods, would re-loading this backup remove all traces of the extra mods?

I have just got back into playing lspdfr after more than a year and the updates to gta would not let me run rage etc. Having copied the update 1 and updte 2 files to my mods folder I can now get into lspdfr but of course my vehicles have gone. My question is: Can I install my vehicles using the carcols, handling and vehicles metas I have backed up with my vehicles, or do I have to edit the new ones from the update 1 and 2?

The same happened to me after the drug wars update and I found that I had to copy the update1 and update2 files to my mods folder. This of course lost all my vehicles etc but at least it runs okay now.

i have, gtav and lspdfr and that is it, as i mentioned previously, it is all a clean install.

My system specs:

cpu amd ryzen 7 3800x

ram 32gb ddr4

gpu nvidia rtx 3060 12gb

I was getting the "not enough permissions" error, now getting game out of memory error. But when I click on "ok" it says "collecting game files" and thats it, I left it like that and came back over an hour later and it was still "collecting game files".

This is a clean install of everything, GTA, LSPDFR, my permissions problem I solved with the rage faq, the game worked for a couple of plays but now it is "game out of memory error" all the time followed by "collecting game files". Because it freezes it can not generate a log file so I can not post that.

I have to close it with task manager so i can use the computer for other things.

I have disabled nvidia overlay, turned off antivirus, have rage set to 60000, tried the different dx levels in rage, tried admin mode, re-installed LSPDFR manually and with setup exe, all drivers up to date, windows up to date, have tried starting gta then rage with and without scripthookv nothing else installed, no mods, no game configs, no asi files, no scripts.

ARGHHHH.....

Please suggest something if you can. Even the FAQ's are not helping now and google aint much better.

Unfortunately me too. Completely uninstalled GTA, LSPDFR, nothing left on harddrive, re-downloaded GTA (Steam version) game ran and I completed first mission. Then I installed the (manual install) version of LSPDFR and nothing... as previous post "Could not hook game". this is starting to cheese me off because I have been trying to get this to work since the update from rockstar and LSPDFR.

I think it must be Ragehook because I get this without ScripthookV.

Can not understand how otherrs are able to play the latest version.
