what a shit show we have here... My Opinion on legalizing pot is, in this economy where the country needs all the money it can get, im 100% for legalizing it.. its a surprise to me how they haven't already the Government has a Looong history of exploiting Peoples Vice's and Weakness's for money anyway why not add a new one to the list.. Plus the main two states that recently outlawed marijuana have started to see their tax income already, I wont waste the readers time with a bad pun so i'll just say its a fuck ton of money just off of the Mary-J Alone http://abclocal.go.com/wabc/story?section=news/national_world&id=9440209 If you read that link you will notice that state police chiefs plan to get more money for equipment and training from these new taxes meaning that the Public Safety will go Up from legalizing Marijuana I know that is another topic that always comes up when legalizing a drug.. My Local State, Maryland, has begun voting on Decriminalizing Marijuana Under 10 Grams.. making it a Civil offense meaning that the worst you can get for being caught with pot is a 100$ Fine, http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/19/maryland-decriminalize-marijuana_n_2909541.html The Maryland Senate Passed it 30 to 16 and it will now go to the House of Delegates, if it passes it will be legal in Maryland almost everyone here believes it will get passed as last year Medical Marijuana was passed through the delegates 127 to 9 Also if no one minds I would like to put my two cents into this little kiddie argument going on.. One Side is saying that Smoking Pot is harmful and the other side though it has good facts, is ignorant and not willing to listen to others beliefs (Which by the way is not very pot smoker like haha) here's my thing.. I have heard BOTH sides say now that there is NO definitive Issue with THC (IF USED MODERATELY) its HOW the THC gets into your system that's harmful.. so what about edibles? eat a brownie or cookie or anything really get baked while eating baked goods, it creates 0 Tar in your lungs, doesn't make you cough (unless you choke on the deliciousness) and gets you properly fucked up, I don't really see a down side to that does anyone else? I mean.. if were using this shit to kill cancer and the ONLY problem is that were Smoking it? (Which by the way smoking ANYTHING is harmful doesn't matter what you smoke lets act like we actually have sense here) and also just make one last thing clear and evident (ANYTHING CAN BE HARMFUL TO YOUR SYSTEM IN LARGE ENOUGH DOSES PEOPLE HAVE DIED FROM DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER BEFORE) One thing my Dad told me (Being a man that has tried just about every drug around and hasn't gone back to anything except Marijuana while also being a person that sells alcohol and cigarettes to people who are addicted to it for a living I believe him when he says this) "Moderation is key with everything" Caffeine Pot Alcohol Etc You get the point and if you think that's bullshit go ahead and take 3 Aspirin A Day Every Day and Let me know if you don't start shitting blood in a week or two.. OR get Drunk every other Night for A Month and then lay off of it and tell me your not DYING for another drink.. OR tell me that you can stop drinking caffeinated Drinks Anytime you want without feeling Ultra Stressed out and Withdraw like symptoms i'll be waiting with bated breath for that.. That's all I Really have that is constructive for this debate Please if you're going to reply have something actually worth while to read Not "Stfu, Kid what are you, 16?" Like seriously if you're that but hurt over someone else's opinion on legalizing a drug, then you have some mental problems that I suggest talking to a doctor about, thanks for reading to the ones that are in fact mature and in it for a good ole' debate

yes you can there is a script somewhere around here.. the peds are already designated to different parts of the map like cop traffic is pretty much only seen on the middle island, fat cop spawns everywhere except alderney, and strooper only spawns in alderney but there is a script around somewhere that designates what livery is shown on the police cars where.. just need to find it EDIT: here '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
