"why are you hurting these people" "there's no honor in that" and if you notice in the News Interview he had witnessed NYPD officers at one point Punching a woman in the face Multiple times. im sorry but Punching Someone in the face Is MUCH Different than arresting someone even in a struggle to Arrest someone Punching someone in the face or anywhere really is just straight up wrong Same with Kicking.. its like Police officers Now have forgotten to use their Body weight to stop the Suspect from squirming you know the old Put a Knee in his back technique?? now its just kick him or her and punch him or her untill he or she is blue which is i feel wrong. Based on how the Police have handled Recent Situations Involving The Citizens Being Pissed about the Government it seems like as long as the Protests Stay Peaceful and No Laws are broken the Police are fine with it. HOWEVER if the Police Department Agrees with the Group even if they are breaking a law they will not doing anything about the laws being broken (I Believe everyone with a brain here will agree with me that blocking a road in both directions is most certainly illegal) For Example in Murrietta California a few days ago a Group of Citizens Against the Immigration Policy here Blocked A Few Buses Transporting Kids who have crossed the border to a Border Patrol Facility Nearby. well it both related to your tahoe.. thus making relevant but lets agree to disagree on that matter the Wheel Dummy will show up as a blue or pink Box it needs to be lined up center with the wheel mesh if not than the wheel will spawn centered on where ever the dummy is located.. Hope this helps

By the way the lights on the side (the amber and red parts of the car on the side) aren't supposed to light up they're supposed to be reflectors.. i don't know about them flashing with the ELS either but that's entirely on you all i know is they certainly don't light up with the indicators/taillights the rest of the car looks good though you should probably also edit the parts on the back of the rear bumper under the taillights (that flash red/blue) shouldn't be lights it should be part of the Bumper as a paint http://puu.sh/9Tx7e/6da1a57aa9.jpg http://puu.sh/9Tx8v/e1f849e4b2.jpg you can see clearly in the links above that those parts aren't lights they are just indentations on the rear bumper

"tough titties" as for the read me issue, i figured it was a must to put one in there i usually have multiple in my files.. 1 for credits and 1 for instruction/notes about the models and telling people about special features.. im not 100% sure but i would report what ever files don't have read me's or any sort of credits in the file.. im fairly sure that breaks the rules on this and many other sites

im not sure i think LVMPD handles the metro area of las vegas and North Las vegas Police handle the suburbs i could be wrong though i've never been there though i have family that lives there

in the state of maryland (Mostly just Central maryland) we have both County Police and County Sheriff we have this because of the sheer amount of People in the area (area between Washington D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland) County Police handle most of the Law enforcement such as traffic, 911 Calls, etc.. While County sheriff can do the same they mainly just deal with Serving Warrants and anything to do with the Courthouses.. i rarely ever see Sheriffs Deputies in my county but when i do, i know shit has went down somewhere near. its quite different than most states in america, but its extremely Popular on the East Coast (From Virginia to Vermont)
