    if you only modify agency xml, sheriff stations in BC will be still be pointed to Los Santos County and LSSD will still patrol in BC

    well it's sorta messed up. it works but it doesn't work. it eventually has a crash, not sure why.

    Generic Police Texture i made for Honda CB500X, after i had everything done I found a pretty major issue with the bike itself but decided to upload it here if anyone wants it. there wasn't much i could do without template, sorry for that.

    alrighty so my crash is related to audio files and seems to happen occasionally from time to time when calling backup. here's the loRagePluginHook.logg file.

    my best bet is: restart computer, whitelist LSPDFR & GTA5 from antivirus, run RPH as admin. make sure you also have these: https://ragepluginhook.net/Requirements.aspx

    i had this issue, restarting steam fixed it for me though.

    this and running RPH as admin has helped me with Access Violation crashes to desktop.
