My brightness is only half.

I have looked at the models in Open IV and the textures look right there and all the cars I am using work fine in plain old GTA IV. I have checked the emerglights and emerglights_emis and both are fine, the textures are just white and there are no flares. I think the textures are fine, just no flares are being shown.

I am not using any ENBs or Timesycs or any sort of graphic enhancer. I have made it so that the keys for my ELS are working, however I do not have any light flares or colored textures, my textures are simply white with no flares. If anyone can help me fix this that would be great.

Skin looks great, only issue is that the green is a bit bright, around here the green is closer to black, change that and you will have a perfect skin. We also use a grey for the trucks.

Finally, someone doing a texture for Maine! Only one thing I noticed, if you cleaned up the lines around the letters and state police symbol it would look better. Other than that great job! 4/5

Yeah, I know it seems like something irrelevant, but I would like to see a pack of Maine state police cars,I am from Maine and have looked all over the internet. I have found one car. That car replaces one vehicle. I need replacements for all the cop cars in GTA IV (not including EFLC) and I know it is not the hardest texture in the world, the font is about the hardest part. If someone could please do this I would be grateful.

Windows 8 runs windows 7 to get the desktop, if you actually used windows 8 you might have known that. So windows 8 is seven just 7 is used only for the desktop.

Unfortunately I do not think I have a graphics card that is compatible with Driect X, that is probably the issue.

I made sure I backed up each time and got rid of each file for each ENB. I backed up the whole folder before any modding then when the ENB did not work I deleted my GTA IV folder and replaced it with my back up, there have never been anything left over from any other ENBs, like starting fresh.

Hey can you help me I have tried numerous ENBs and none work I have GTA IV Patch 1.0.7.0, Windows 8 64-Bit, and I have used XLiveLess. Every time I use an ENB my game crashes before it even gets to the loading screen. My computer can handle the ENBs and I install them correctly. I have even tried ENBs that are tested with 1.0.7.0 but still the same issue. Can someone please help me?

Wow thats like exactly what I asked about a week ago on page 4. Thanks for all the mods, I think I will get my own vehicles and make my own textures for them.

I don't really know I was just looking at the mod, if it crashes still you might need to see how well you graphics card is handling all the textures, I heard that can cause a lot of issues. P.S. I don't have a computer capable of running GTA IV yet so I don't quite have any mods for it.
