Dials not in the correct place even after copying the vehicles.meta text over? -
I just recently reinstalled LSPDFR after a few years away from it. I wouldn't suspect it to be an issue with LSPDFR. I only have the spotlight plugin as well as United Callouts, Yobbin Callouts, and Super Callouts. I have a bunch of car mods, so maybe it would be one of them thats causing it? RagePluginHook.log

Not exactly sure what im supposed to be doing for the Stolen Vehicle Investigation callout. I don't know much about VIN's but I asked the boss why the VIN's were inconsistent and he just told me to leave. Then I was told to check outside, which I did, but I haven't found anything and I'm not sure how to continue.- 546 comments

I recently wanted to start playing LSPDFR again after about a year and a half break. I had a bunch of old mods and a very old game version so I completely deleted the folder and uninstalled GTA V from steam. I reinstalled GTA V and installed RPH, LSPDFR and a decent amount of plugins but RPH wasn't working and I couldn't get it to work. So I reinstalled again, this time with just RPH and LSPDFR. Still did not work. After another reinstall with just RPH in my GTA V folder, it still will not work. I've seen it work a few times but I can close it, not make a single change, immediately reopen it again and it wont work. It shows "Hooking Game Instance" for about 5-10 seconds before it says the "slow system or insufficient permissions" and closes. I've tried nearly every fix and reinstalled more times but it still will not work. My GTA V folder is excluded from my anti-virus, the folder is named "Grand Theft Auto V", I've tried forcing windowed mode and using DirectX 11 in the RPH settings, but nothing passes the Hooking Game Instance window. Also I opened the game with my old files on an older version of GTA 5 and RPH worked fine.

When i try to spawn the car from a trainer whether it be the Cross or Cross2, the trainer says "CROSS Spawned" but nothing shows up.- 53 comments

I installed ELS for the first time a week ago and it didn't work so I decided to un-install it. Everything seemed fine until about 2 days ago when I saw that the light bars on the police cars were transparent. I looked it up and saw ELS might be causing it, so I messed around with a few buttons and noticed that ELS was somehow installed on my game because I had an option to turn Hazard lights on or off. I checked again to see that ELS was uninstalled and it seemed that it was, but the light bars continue to be transparent. Any help is appreciated.
