  1. Els lights not faster after changing .ini file.

    Hey guys. So I changed the settings in the els.ini file for making the patterns faster. And when starting gtaV they are faster, but when going on duty they suddenly become slower (like they were before editing) again. I've checked a couple of my plugins if there might be one that makes them slower but didn't come up with any. Has anyone of you had the same experience? I added my plugins in the file down below
