after a gta update you need to update your mods folder,
basically you need to start a new mods folder.

ProwlerRadar caused the crash, propably an error in your config.
You might wanna reinstall it and overwrite all files.

To get a more stable game feel free to test the game without those plugins, they are outdated:
- Callout Manager -> alternative: Callout Interface
- Computer+ -> alternative: CompuLite
- Gang Callouts
- RoadIncident Callouts

You get an error as soon as you try to go on duty,
you have an error in an XML file.
Whatever file you edited, the error is Exception message: Name cannot begin with the '1' character, 
its in Line 137.

But update PyroCommon from SuperCallouts in the main gta folder.

The solution is either to revert your latest mods folder changes or start a new mods folder.

Install the nightly version of SHVDN.

Rename mods folder to _mods

Remove Calloutinterface from gta/plugins, it’s already correctly installed under gtav/plugins/lspdfr
 
 

Update RageNativeUI in the main gta folder.

For searching files you can use the search in OpenIV -> Tools -> Search


 
There are 2 locations:

Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\s_m_y_fireman_01.ydd

Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf\s_m_y_fireman_01.ydd

First try adding the whole gta folder as an exception.
Then reinstall the whole lspdfr with rph and restart your pc.


addotionally You should try the steps from the FAQ such as:
 
- starting as admin
- set the permissions for the gta folder
- disable overlays f.e. discord, geforce etc.
see the FAQ linked above.

Give more detail on what and when its happening, also post the Ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder.

Pls remove MoreRadioChatter, since its outdated. An Alternative would be XScanner.

Bank Callouts
Yet Antoher Partner Mod

Update RageNativeUI in the main gta folder.

Update LSPD First Response.dll & .pdb in gtav/plugins from the latest LSPDFR download.

This is probably Ultimatebackup related, since it crashed right after trying to load it.
So something’s wrong with your changed files.

Remove saferchases rph, it’s outdated and may cause crashes.
additionally united callouts threw some errors, might remove that as well.

your crash seems to be an issue, where you edited an config file of a plugin wrong, so now its crashing. (maybe ultimatebackup?)

remove those outdated plugins, the may cause crashes:
callout manager
safer chases
traffic policer

you also tried to load a plugin named LemonUI.RageMP, which is the wrong version (either choose rph or shvdn) & propably installed at the wrong location.
