the second crash is caused by XScanner, and this is a known bug, you can't do anything other than removing it.
To have a more stable game, remove the outdated plguins:

If you have replaced config files or edited text you need to undo it or replace the whole files with the original ones from the game files.

First make sure to have a custom gameconfig, heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster.
To make the mods folder back to work, of course rename it back to mods and either do:
- revert your latest changes
- start a new one
