the second crash is caused by XScanner, and this is a known bug, you can't do anything other than removing it.


To have a more stable game, remove the outdated plguins:

High priority
Code red callouts

update lspdfr with rph and gta 5.
 
additionally set your ragepluginhook loading time from 6000 to 60000.

It’s an invalid vehicle crash from coastal callouts:
Vehicle model MH65 in config CGDOLPHIN could not be loaded

Remove ScriptHookVDotNet.asi from the main gta folder

Remove the vehicle,
If you have replaced config files or edited text you need to undo it or replace the whole files with the original ones from the game files.

Install the nightly version of ScripthookVDotNet.

Looks like an error in SuperCallouts, pls take a look @SuperPyroManiac

Renaming the mods folder means disabling it from loading.
First make sure to have a custom gameconfig, heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster.
 
To make the mods folder back to work, of course rename it back to mods and either do:
 
- revert your latest changes
- start a new one

If the folder is really gone & you not just seaching at the wrong location, you can verify your game files to get it back.
