Those are wrong installed and belong in the main gta folder instead.

Replace all files by dragging and dropping all files in the screenshot in the main gta folder.

Just to be clear, lspdfr is for gta 4 and lspdfr is for gta 5.
Try to rename the mods folder to _mods

the second crash is caused by XScanner, and this is a known bug, you can't do anything other than removing it.
To have a more stable game, remove the outdated plguins:
