- in there belong callouts

There are no public 0.3.1 versions available.

Please remove it, you can replace it though with CompuLite or ExternalPoliceComputer.

Its a false flag by the antivirus due to Ragepluginhook hooking in gta.
For now add the whole gta folder as an exception in your antivirus.
