If you have an antivirus installed, google how to add the exception.

Your crash is caused by PoliceSmartRadio. Do you always have crashes when using the smart radio/ you notice crashes at certain times?

2. Update RageNativeUI. Put it in the main directory.

This folder comes with the LSPDFR Software, why is it not there? Put the folder there.

Open startup.rphs with notepad++ for example, and make sure, there is only:
LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"
