if you installed them in the game files, it’s yourself to blame.
delete the whole file where you installed it and verify your game files.

if so, start gta to make sure its working.

1. stoptheped and ultimatebackup have to be loaded automatically by the game.
also remove them out of gtav/plugins because they belong in gtav/plugins/lspdfr, which by the way are already there.
2. you missing the file ragenativeui, download here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases/download/1.9/RAGENativeUI.zip
and open it and drag and drop it in the main gta directory.
3. 686 Callouts, Stoptheped plugin, UltimateBackup Plugin and Compulite Plugin belong in gtav/plugins/lspdfr
4. pls remove Beach Callouts, its outdated and may cause your game to crash.

I recommend to remove LSPDFR+ & TrafficPolicer cause it’s outdated and may cause problems.

this fixed your game, this means sth in the mods folder (you recently installed) is wrong installed or broken.
you can undo or start a new one.
