If you installed them in the mods folder just delete the mods folder.
if you installed them in the game files, it’s yourself to blame.
delete the whole file where you installed it and verify your game files.

Since you dont have much installed, i recommend to make a clean gta folder, so that you only have the default files.


 
if so, start gta to make sure its working.
 
then install rph and lspdfr and see if its working.👍🏽

revert the latest changes or start with a new one, nothing i can do here

Because of stoptheped realisticweaponsystem.
you can disable it in the stoptheped.ini or ingame when standing at the trunk

Pls remove traffic control and keep calm temporarily
Im gonna come back tomorrow, because you have some outdated plugins that may cause your game to crash further

have you installed it manually in the mods folder or with Lenny’s mod loader?
Rename the mods folder to _mods
this completely disabled the mods folder from loading.
 
or/ and rename LML folder to _lml

set the ragepluginhook loading time to 60000. you can do that by starting ragepluginhook and immediately hold shift.

you have multiple mistakes here.
 
1. stoptheped and ultimatebackup have to be loaded automatically by the game.
also remove them out of gtav/plugins because they belong in gtav/plugins/lspdfr, which by the way are already there.
 
2. you missing the file ragenativeui, download here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases/download/1.9/RAGENativeUI.zip
and open it and drag and drop it in the main gta directory.
 
3. 686 Callouts, Stoptheped plugin, UltimateBackup Plugin and Compulite Plugin belong in gtav/plugins/lspdfr
 
4. pls remove Beach Callouts, its outdated and may cause your game to crash.

Rename the mods folder to _mods and try again😀

I recommend to remove LSPDFR+ & TrafficPolicer cause it’s outdated and may cause problems.

You installed the files in gtav/plugins/lspdfr    THATS THE WRONG LOCATION
 
right location would be gtav/plugins

Nope no one can give you old versions. The file where RPH save backups is named Game backups.
You only can update.

as you correctly noticed, renaming the mods folder disables it from loading.
this fixed your game, this means sth in the mods folder (you recently installed) is wrong installed or broken.
you can undo or start a new one.
