Because you said the bodycam  plugin is not loading 
 

If you are using Firefox (probably every browser), you can select where the downloaded files are saved in the settings, remember that all the downloaded files are saved there.
 

make sure you replace the file lspd first response.dll & LSPD First Response.pdb inside of gtav/plugins
because thats the file thats still outdated.

Those plugins force internet connection (which nobody really likes, but it is how it is).
no internet connection means those plugins disables themselves.

For grammarpolice you’re missing ZPhDevs.Common, it belongs in the main gta folder
for calloutinterface, you’re missing ipt.common, belongs in the main gta folder too.

remove those unstable plugins for now, you can read them later if you have a stable game, but I do not recommend to play with them: assortedcallouts, computerplus, calloutmanager
