    After all if you download a mod, make sure to install all files in the right location, some stuff belongs in the main gta folder 
    You also have some outdated plug-ins, I can check those if you want per software

    - you can set preload all models = false in the lspdfr.ini under gtav/lspdfr
     
    - you can install resource  adjuster, be aware to minimum have 8gb of ram, and adjust your ram in the.ini.
     
    - Remove high polygon vehicles and or downgrade 4k textures
     
    - lower the gta texture settings

    IT.common.dll is the name of the file.
    It comes with Grammar Police, search in the downloaded Grammar Police file for it.
    You have to install IPT.common in the main gta folder.

    Open the rph console with F4 and type in LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll
