Downgrading is difficult, I recommend to wait for a lspdfr update because yesterday a new gta update came out which broke the current lspdfr version

Install grammar police correctly.
After all if you download a mod, make sure to install all files in the right location, some stuff belongs in the main gta folder

- you can install resource adjuster, be aware to minimum have 8gb of ram, and adjust your ram in the.ini.
- Remove high polygon vehicles and or downgrade 4k textures
- lower the gta texture settings

Open the rph console with F4 and type in LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll
