this means you are missing CalloutInterfaceAPI, install it in the main gta folder.
I'm not 100% sure which plugin is causing this (it might be YobbinCallouts), but you can download CalloutInterface and install this plugin.
2. You installed RageNativeUI in the wrong section under gtav/plugins/lspdfr and second, its an outdated version. This file only belongs in the main gta folder, but I guess you already have it in the right section, you additionally added it wrongfully there (-> so sinply delete the file)
3. the same with stealth.common. wrong location, and you do not have a plugin that requires this, so delete it. (maybe an old plugin you used to use.)

Those 3 can be kept installed.

the right path would be: GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR
you can delete the rest of that path, there are no files that belong in GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR/Plugins

Install UltimateBackup again and completely!

Install XSerializer from Section136Callouts in the main gta folder.

Its the same as above
3. Error while loading plugin C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\RegularCallouts.dll.
Its installed in the wrong location, Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\RegularCallouts.dll would be the right location.
4. Remove PoliceSmartRadio, its outdated and causes your lspdfr to crash.
