this means you are missing CalloutInterfaceAPI, install it in the main gta folder.
I'm not 100% sure which plugin is causing this (it might be YobbinCallouts), but you can download CalloutInterface and install this plugin.
 
 
2. You installed RageNativeUI in the wrong section under gtav/plugins/lspdfr and second, its an outdated version. This file only belongs in the main gta folder, but I guess you already have it in the right section, you additionally added it wrongfully there (-> so sinply delete the file)
3. the same with stealth.common. wrong location, and you do not have a plugin that requires this, so delete it. (maybe an old plugin you used to use.)
 
 

the "asiloader" is actually the file named dinput8.dll and it comes with the ScripthookV download, try to download this and replace the files.

the 3 files are:
ScripthookV.dll (required)
dinput8.dll ("asiloader", loads .asi files)
NativeTrainer (a trainer for singleplayer cheats, this files is optional and not required)

you do not have lspdfr installed. drag and drop the files from the lspdfr download under -> plugins -> mark 2 files named lspd first response.dll and .dpb and drag and drop them in the folder you screenshoted.

my own words: lspdfr is not a virus, some antivirus mark it as a virus because of the way it hooks into gta

its build in lspdfr ambient chase feature:

Callout Interface is missing IPT.common, install that in the main gta folder

Those 3 can be kept installed.
 

the plugins arrestmanager, assorted callouts, police smart radio and trafficpolicer are outdated on the lspdfr website and crashlikely. remove them or
replace them with the updated ones from a user called aschtar: https://github.com/Aschtar?tab=repositories

Im just letting you know that your gta version is not the latest one, but upgrading could be difficult since you have to update much (mods folder, scripthookv, simple trainer etc.), but you dont have to.

you can delete the rest of that path, there are no files that belong in GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR/Plugins

if you install nAudio from MoreRadioChatter (in the main gta folder), that will fix the issue 👍🏽

3. Error while loading plugin C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\RegularCallouts.dll.
Its installed in the wrong location, Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\RegularCallouts.dll would be the right location.
 
4. Remove PoliceSmartRadio, its outdated and causes your lspdfr to crash.
