also add the gta folder as an exception in your antivirus

Does your els menu open when using control + p?
or do only the lights not work?

Temporarily remove all ScripthookVDotNet files and try again!

Rename the mods folder to _mods
if you use lennysmodloader rename vfs.dll to _vfs.dll
or verify your game files

try one by one what is causing it:
- rename mods folder to _mods
- remove every .asi file and check if its one of them, then readd them one by one.

shvdn is known to causes issues.

or if you do not need it, you can remove it. be aware some plugins require shvdn, but therefore you would notice by getting crashes. 😉

Oh, maybe you got that error from SuperCallouts because Pyro.common was missing

686callouts update is available, but thats not related to the crash.
 
what i can see from the log, you were on duty at 6:12 pm, went off duty 6:13 pm (why?), then 15sec later you went on duty again and then again you got a crash from riskiertrafficstops while checking for updates.
 
then you played for 20 min and a random crash occured.

The crash is caused by police2 vehicle. Check the vehicles.meta for it.

If you still have problems, AssortedCallouts and Emercency Vehicle Theft Callouts can be removed cause of being outdated/ unstable.

In this case the crash was caused by lorecallouts.
You have the possibility to remove that and check if it runs smoother.

Move PoliceMenu, JMCalloutsRemastered, RiskierTrafficStops from gtav/plugins to gtav/plugins/lspdfr
for the future be aware that standalone plugins are installed in gtav/plugins
and stuff like callouts belong in gtav/plugins/lspdfr

set the rph loading time to 60000.
you can do that by starting rph and holding shift until the window opens or
start rph and click on the cogwheel symbol.
if it does not help, post the ragepluginhook.log from the gta folder

Install CalloutInterface again and fully.
 
Update LSPD First Response.dll and .pdb in gtav/plugins

Those plugins are in my opinion unstable and I recommend the removal:
OP_Immersive_Dispatch, (Features included in GrammarPolice)
 
Youve wrongfully installed CalloutInterfaceAPI in gtav/plugins/lspdfr. It belongs in gtav. (you already have it there, so just delete it)

this is called texture loss and you can do the following:
 
- set main.preloadallmodels to false in gtav/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini
 
- remove high polygon vehicles like 4k textures
 
- lower texture quality in gta graphic settings
 

- You are missing Newtonsoft.Json, install it in the gta folder, it comes with Section136Callouts
- Move CalloutInterfaceAPI from gtav/plugins/lspdfr to gtav main folder

 A little info: You have 62 plugins installed + 7 standalone plugins, every plugin has an inpact on your game performance. As long as it runs stable, its fine. The fewer plugins, the more stable game you have.
