Any one here have photoshop skills?

Hello, My name is Payton, I have been playing GTA IV, for about 2 years. I have been role playing on SAMP for about 3 years now. I am looking to start a new community. I have the experience and money to do so. What do I have? (.com) Domain Custom Website Forum Software Application System (In Dev) First, I need someone who is great with photoshop and that can work on the vehicles, I can do it myself, but since I am doing other things it would take longer. Second, I need people that has experience with either Police, Fire or EMS. They are needed to help run and lead different divisions. As far as the community goes it will be a very professional and mature community. I am only looking for people that have a passion for role playing. We will not accept anyone under the age of 15 unless you pass a maturity test. I am looking to work with mainly adults, that can handle the game very mature. Also, I am going to be putting money into this. So we will probably extend to other games later on.
