How to Install:
1. Install Ripples pack for VCF's (link located in Credits).
2. Extract the Los Santos Police Livery Pack folder.
3. Open OpenIV and activate Edit Mode.
4. Locate your mods folder and locate the vehicles.rpf file.
5. Drag and drop all YTF's and YTD's.
6. Press save.
7. Install the VCF's into your ELS folder in your GTA V Directory.
8. Launch your game and enjoy.

2016 Chevy Express Van
There are two skin included for the Transport van, This is done on purpose, If you are already using my LSPD transport van please install the Sheriff Livery express_sign_2 to the Transport vans .ytd and you can use both the LSPD van and the Sheriff van on the same model. 
 
If you are not using my LSPD Transport van already I would suggest going and getting it! if not use express_sign_1
 
Included with the Prisoner Transport unit is my ELS VCF file. Please use this file for the Prisoner Transport ELS File
