What's this?
 This is a ped based off of the Calgary Police Service, Alberta, Canada. The model features accurate colors and insignia's. Due to the model style the CPS patch looks warped. Unfortunately there is not much I can do to make it perfect. The insignia's featured for the ped are for the ranks of Senior Constable Level 1 and Staff Sergeant. Anyways thanks for checking out my skin, hope you enjoy!

What's this?
 Simply this is a fully custom skin based of the Calgary Police Service, Alberta, Canada. The skin is for @TickleMyElmo 2016 FPIS.
 
Details
 The car is based off of the recruitment version of the CPS livery. The car is in a black and white style livery, very similar to the OPP. Text and colors have been made as accurate as possible. The logo on the door was trimmed and made by me. Taken from a very limited selection of cars with the new livery. The car features an accurate style of caution bar at the rear end of the vehicle. There are 10 variants of the skin. This with unit numbers ranging from 945 to 954. The skin comes in 4K and 2K quality. If you guys want to see more Calgary vehicles let me know, I'll make a minipack. Anyways thanks for checking out my skin, hope you enjoy!

Modding DLC Pack V allows for a simplified installation process of peds, weapons, vehicles and meta file entries - both for addons and replacements.
 
After installing the Modding DLC Pack V OIV file, you can do the following, all from one central folder:
Install unlimited addon/replacement peds and addon peds.meta entries; Install replacement weapons; Install unlimited addon/replacement vehicles including support for vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta and handling.meta; Add custom names to your (addon) vehicles; Easily restore all of the above after a GTA 5 update.  
Please ensure to carefully read the supplied README.pdf file for tutorials and guides on how to do all of the above. I have also done a video tutorial series (see above) showing how to perform all of the above properly.

This is my first vehicle texture, i wanted to make a replica of my county's sheriff patrol vehicle with a San Andreas twist. This texture is only for Thehurk's 2016 FPIU vehicle model. The texture is setup so you can have whatever vehicle color you desire, i personally like a two toned black and blue paintjob.

Skins based off Miami-Dade Fire Rescue's ambulances from Braun. These differ from their other designs, hence the different layout.
 
Just a little challenge a couple of my friends and I had this weekend. I think it came out pretty good. It's my first time delving into fire department skins and my first attempt at the gold-leaf effect on the lettering. This skin was created for the F350 ambulance released by Allenjr12. Feel free to adapt it to whatever apparatus you like, as long as I get credit. In the future if more fire department models come out I'll be happy to make new ones from scratch.
 
Serious shoutout to my buddy Spitfire who made this beautiful Maltese for Blaine County that is absolutely stunning.

A little something to match the LSPD pack I released already.
Fairly small amount of lights, which I though was ample for a small rural department.

glass doesn't break ( I have no clue why this is, I've followed every tutorial on the planet about this. Not really sure if it is my zmod or something. If you can't deal with this issue please don't download) Nothing other than that which is major (hopefully (lemme know) there aren't anymore)

This plugin makes the flashlight on your weapon stay on when you're not aiming and when you're in a vehicle. 
To toggle the flashlight you use the same controls as in the normal game, E on the keyboard and DPad Right on the controller, by default.

So as a spur of the moment decision I decided "Hey there arent any Houston or Houston area skins for any fire or ems vehicles..why dont I make some.." And here we are.

American Medical Response and San Andreas Medical Response, in both white and red versions. I based the red one off of Manchester NH, and the white one off Los Angeles. This is a modified 2008 Chevrolet Suburban to represent armored vehicles as used by the Secret Service. It has visible armor plating around the windows, bullet resistant glass and new beadlock wheels made by me. Comes with or without windshield wiper support (whatever you prefer, files for both are included). This is an add-on with working sirens. Non-ELS. Comes with full LOD models (and I don't just mean copy and pasted L0 meshes).

Today I'm releasing a new plugin/application. This is the San Andreas Record Data Access System - SARDAS for short. It's a Windows application you can run on a computer in real-life that will allow full access to ped/vehicle records, IN GAME!
 
This is a combination of a RagePluginHook/LSPDFR plugin, to access the ingame data, and a Windows application to run on any other computer that accesses the API provided by the plugin. You will be able to access any ped/vehicle records from any computer connected to the same network!
 
The SARDAS-unified zip contains the plugin, client app, and API documentation. There is also a seperate zip download for each individual part.
 
Please make sure to read the README - this plugin is somewhat more complicated than most, due to its nature (Networking is tough!). Please read the README!!!
