With this pack I wanted to achieve a clean and simple, sort of old school feel. I think this was accomplished, either way, I liked it, hopefully some of you will as well. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. I have noticed a few modellers have changed the name of the texture for the model, say for example, from chrg_sign_1 to chr2_sign_1, for most models I have found the skins still fit but you will need to rename the files accordingly.

Go to GTA V > x64 > audio > sfx > S_MINI_SER.rpf and drag and drop all the files
Then go to x64 > audio > sfx > S_FULL_SER.rpf and drag and drop all the files.
Replace files if prompted.
 

Los Santos Regional Police

I have had several people looking for something based of this department and I told them it was being worked on, now its here. I was finally able to finish it up ready for release. As usual this pack may be updated with more models once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. You may notice some models are lacking form this pack from my normal stuff. I made the executive decision to cut some of them as they are either not widely used or available therefore not normally worth the extra time and effort for them. On the bright side I have added Underwoods 2015 Charger into the mix now and soon Izicks Silverado will hopefully be put to good use and used by people so that I can justify skinning it over and over more than I already have. If there are models that some of you want added that are widely used please share in the comments section and I will see what I can do. Blaine County Sheriff

This pack is based off the Sonora Police, I liked sheriff on the side better so went with that, and includes my usual things. They are clean and simple yet not at the same time. I have include technically two skin variations one being the older style and one being the newer. (I think) I put the newer style on the models I felt would have that style on them rather than the old, like 2016 FPIU, 2016 Charger etc, and the old style on the ones I could find pictures of or just older model vehicles. However I did mainly just do the skin I felt looked best on each model. Blaine County Regional Police Pack
 
Finally I've created a pack that I'm happy to release. This is my first pack, and is based off various Canadian Police Departments.

Information:
The snowy season is nearly upon us, and I got the vibe for some snow ready vehicles. And when I thought of snow, I thought Canada, and when I thought Canada, I thought producing lore friendly vehicles with a fictional lightbar. 
 
The vehicles feature a hybrid lightbar, including halogen and LED lights, and two vehicles with arrow boards.
 
This pack contains:
2011 CVPI 2016 Ford Taurus  2016 Ford Taurus with arrow board 2016 Ford Explorer 2016 Ford Explorer with arrow board  
Features: 
• Two different light bar textures: Clear and coloured
• CVPI and FPIS have optional rambars (extra_12)

Known Bugs:
The ELS controlled arrowboard may cause crashes if used in the Video Editor. Only seems to occur when the arrow board is active. The arrowboard may reset without keys being pressed, simply use the keys to bring it back down and then it'll work normally.

Florida Highway Patrol has introduced a new vehicle to their fleet. So I introduce to you a new vehicle for your fleet.
 
A 2016 Dodge Charger with the newly designed Florida Highway Patrol ghost skin.
 
Features:
Alloy wheels. Optional spotlight variations. Fully functional CenCom Sapphire module. Wrap around rambar... FHP style. Custom Rear License Plate (Change the text & Type of plate)  
To be honest, I'm more of a New York style lighting guy, but I figured, why not go with an artificial FHP vehicle... Enjoy.
 
Please don't ask me how to install this. It's very simple, just re-name the file and the ELS and place it in your GTA stuffs.
And as for the NY license plate. It's a mod. I like NY, and it's what I prefer to see in my game. Don't rate it due to a mod that changes my license plates. Thanks.

About time I uploaded this thing. As I started putting this together, I realised I had a lot more skins made than I originally thought. Turns out there are more than 31 vehicles included in this pack! Some, but not all, of the vehicles in this pack have multiple skins. I will try to put together a list of compatible vehicles for yall.
 
Anyway, this is a texture pack for the Los Santos Fire Department. Most skins use a similar design, except for the caprice, which uses a 'retro' skin. The SUV's may use a different design than the ambulances or heavy apparatus. There's more to come, so stay tuned!

This callout will create an active manhunt within the Grove neighborhood. There will be several perimeter units to which will hold the containment. Therefore, the suspect will be within the containment and you don't have to waste time searching outside. There is also a command post where you will respond to for briefing. 
 
 
Note: You must be a distance greater than 150 meters from Grove for this call to activate. This is intentionally done to prevent the player from seeing units spontaneously being spawned. 
It is advised that you have HeliOrbitPlugin v1.3.6+ installed for best experience.
 
 
Make sure to put OJManhunt.dll and OJManhunt.ini into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings.

Royal San Andreas Police
(RCMP Based)
 
This pack is based off the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. This pack, along with all my other things aren't designed specifically for a single vehicle pack but rather the most commonly used models. Now if anyone knows which 2016 Explorer model is going to prevail as the most common, please share as there are many different models currently out there and I am unsure which ones to keep skinning and which to start working with. Now let me tell you, there are so many variations on the RCMP scheme that unless you are basing it solely off of one provinces version, you will never get an 'accurate' skin. This pack is supposed to be a general look and is mainly a cross between BC and Alberta RCMP variations of the scheme. Work in progress skin pack this is my first skin pack iv made. It not 100% done yet hint why the title says work in progress. I will be adding more cars to this pack in the future! These skins are almost 100% replica to the cars in real life. I will have all link to cars down below that I used the skins for. I only use the Cvpi in TickleMyElmo sheriff. This pack will include a couple more vehicles and skins but it is pretty much all done. If you see any issues please let me know and I will try to correct. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. I have noticed a few modellers have changed the name of the texture for the model, say for example, from chrg_sign_1 to chr2_sign_1, for most models I have found the skins still fit but you will need to rename the files accordingly.

Replaces Biff, use trainer to spawn in games. This Vehicle is is still in beta i am working on adding collision to the front plow and some other things stay tuned for updates and report your bugs in my discord.
 
Features LED Strobe Lights, Amber, Plow Lights, Flashing Indicators, and rear lights for increased visibility  in the snow
Extra_10 - side blade in 
Extra_11 - extends side blade out .. you prob shouldn't have extra 10 and 11 active at the same time. 
 
all amber lights with single blue rear light, you can change the light color and textures in the YTD.
